Parent Teacher Association
The Union Avenue Middle School Parent-Teacher-Association (PTA) exists to improve the educational experiences of our students, to support UAMS programs and staff, and to promote communication among the different segments of our school community. Staff is strongly encouraged to help the PTA attain its goals by joining the association, attending meetings, and participating in PTA events. Listed below are the PTA meeting dates for the 2019-2020 school year. All meetings are held at 5:45 p.m. in the library.

School Leadership Committee
The SLC committee exists to improve the educational experiences for our students by monitoring, evaluating, and revising the School Improvement Plan. The SLC committee meets monthly at 3:00 p.m. before the scheduled PTA meeting.
