• Parent/guardian must be present.
• Children with allergies or underlying health conditions should check with their doctor before coming.
• Pediatric vaccination clinics will only offer the Pfizer pediatric vaccine.
• The Pfizer pediatric vaccine is a two-dose vaccine; the second dose will be administered 21 days later.
• Parents/guardians should bring their medical insurance information. The cost of the vaccine will be covered by the Health Resources and Services Administration’s Provide Relief Fund if you don’t have medical insurance.
• Parents/Guardians and older children can get vaccinated as well.
• Testing will also be offered.
