What’s New for 2021?

  • New health plan Open Access $10/$15 (equivalent to NJEHP) becomes the “default” plan
  • Hired on or after July 1, 2020 – you will automatically be moved to the new plan effective January 1, 2021. No form is required.
  • Hired before July 1, 2020 – to keep your current health insurance election or waiver, all employees must complete an Affirmative Election Form and return to HR.
  • Waived District Health Insurance (Opt-Out) – you must complete an Affirmative Election Form and return to HR or you will be enrolled in the default health plan effective January 1, 2021

All forms must be returned to Human Resources by December 1, 2021.
