EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a benefit that is fully funded by the Irvington Board of Education, for staff members and their household members, to help identify and find resources to solve personal problems which, if not resolved, could adversely affect the staff member’s job performance and quality of life.
