Specialized Professional Dry-Cleaning Services
Irvington High School, BID-27-001
The Irvington Board of Education is requesting proposals for Specialized Professional Dry-Cleaning Services – Irvington High School, BID-27-001, in accordance with bid specifications, for the 2026-2027 School Year.
Bids must be sealed and clearly marked on the outermost packaging or envelope with the name of bidder, name of project, proposal number, and bid opening date and time. Submissions will be accepted prior to the bid opening date via regular mail, registered mail or certified mail. Bidders are encouraged to submit their bids by certified mail or overnight delivery to avoid the need for hand delivery and for confirmation of bid delivery date. Bids forwarded by facsimile or email are not valid and will not be accepted. All bids will be publicly opened and read beginning at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, in real time, via a Google meets link provided at the time of bid distribution.
Submissions not fully responsive to the requirements of this Bid will not be considered. The Irvington Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids in compliance with Public School Contract Law and other applicable laws.
No bidder may withdraw bid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the date set for the opening thereof.
All bids and contracts will be subject to the provisions of P.L. 1977, c.33 (C.52:25-24.2) requiring submission of a Statement of Corporate Ownership Regarding Disclosure of Partners and Stockholders, Non-Collusion Affidavit, State of New Jersey Business Registration Certificate and the provisions of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 concerning Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action.
