The Culinary Arts Program immerses students in practical training encompassing food preparation, service, and managerial duties essential to the food service sector. Covering both culinary and baking/pastry techniques, students engage in daily hands-on practice in industry-standard facilities, in the coming years a student-run cafe will be implemented for 4th-year students. This experiential learning is complemented by classroom instruction, enriching theoretical understanding.

Participation in the Culinary Arts Program not only equips students with foundational skills but also serves as a robust pathway for admission to post-secondary culinary programs or direct entry into the industry.
