The Supervisor of Special Projects provides leadership and coordination for initiatives that enhance student learning, support staff development, and strengthen positive school environments. This role is responsible for coordinating behavioral and instructional support, staff training in de-escalation and classroom management strategies, and promoting practices that increase student engagement and collaboration. In addition, the Supervisor manages specially assigned projects that address emerging district needs and priorities, ensuring that each initiative aligns with the district’s mission and long-term goals.
