05/15/18 – Progress Reports printed by secretaries and reviewed by Guidance Counselors
05/16/18 – Teachers make necessary corrections by 3:00 p.m.
05/17/18 – Progress Reports printed by secretaries and distributed to students
06/20/18 – Marking Period 4 Ends
06/18/18 – Teachers can enter Marking Period 4 grades until 10:00 a.m.
06/18/18 at 11:00 a.m.
- Grade Verification (Draft) printed by secretaries 11:00 a.m.
- Principals, Assistant Principals and Guidance Counselors check for missing grades
- Must have “U” for unsatisfactory for any “F” grade or “N” for needs improvement for any “D” grade or possibly a “C” grade
- Verification sheets are returned to teachers for changes
06/19/18 – Grades are made historical at 10:00 a.m. Only Guidance Counselors can input grades after 10:00 a.m. on 6/19/18. Any changes made after this time, must be reported to the Guidance Counselor so it can be updated historically and once approved, teachers are to change grades in PowerTeacher.
06/20/18 – Report Cards printed by school secretaries by 9:00p a.m. (2 copies)
06/20/18 – Report Cards issued distributed.
PowerTeacher Pro grade book will automatically calculate Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, and F1. Gradebooks must be set up according to District Guidelines. Technology Coaches are available to provide assistance.
All of the participants in this process MUST follow this strict schedule so that all grades are recorded properly. Principals please check to see that the procedures are followed according to the timelines described above. Do NOT deviate from the schedule. To avoid missing grades on the report card, do not print before grades are made historical.
