The health insurance plan waiver (Opt-Out) continues through 2020. The payment amounts are limited to 25% of premium savings or $5,000 per year, whichever amount is less. Annual enrollment in the flexible spending plans are required. If an employee had the health FSA in 2019, enrollment does not automatically continue.
All enrollment forms, and supporting documents if necessary, must be received by the Department of Human Resources by the close of business on Friday, December 6, 2019.
