- Principals, Assistant Principals and Guidance Counselors check for missing grades
- Must have “W” for weakness for any “D” or “F” grade and possibly a “C”
- Verification sheets are returned to teachers for changes
Grades are made historical at 10:00 a.m. Only Guidance Counselors can input grades after 10:00 a.m. on 11/21/17. Any changes made after this time must be reported to the Guidance Counselor so it can be updated historically and once approved, teachers are to change grades in PowerTeacher.

PowerTeacher Grade Book will automatically calculate Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, and F1 so make sure that your grade book is set up correctly. Please see your Technology Coach for assistance.
All of the participants in this process MUST follow this strict schedule so that all grades are recorded properly. Principals, please check to see that the procedures are followed according to the timelines described above. Do NOT deviate from the schedule. To avoid missing grades on the report card, do not print before grades are made historical.
