2/8,9,10/2012 Last Day Teachers’ can enter or verify Q2 grade

- Only guidance counselors’ can modify grades after 2/10/2011
- Grade Verification DRAFT- Printed by Guidance Counselors
- Principal's, Asst. Principals and Counselors check for missing grades
- Must have W for any D or F Grade; possible for C for grades 1-5

2-13-2012 Grades are made Historical No grades can be updated by teachers after 11:00 a.m.
2/14,15,16/2012 Guidance Counselors make changes based on teacher modifications.
2/17,17/2012 District Closed
2/22,23/2012 Report Cards Printed (Guidance Counselor/Secretary)
2-24-2012 Report Card Distribution
